"I was associated with Bill for many years at Kodak and have always been extremely impressed with his excellent work ethic, tenacity, professionalism, strong team building and continuous pursuit of knowledge. When I was the Director of R&D & Commercialization for traditional camera business Bill was instrumental in developing and executing a world class micro-factory in Rochester, NY. Subsequently was chosen as an ex-pat to start up a Technology Center in Mexico at the production facilities. The highly successful Tech. Center supported the transfer of engineering knowledge, product commercialization, factory process excellence and ongoing technical support at the factory.
Bill is a go to person and will always give 110% in everything he does, I would hire Bill in a moment and highly recommend him."
— Rich Delmerico, Executive Director of R&D & Commercialization, Kodak Consumer Imaging Cameras and Batteries, Eastman Kodak Company, managed Bill indirectly at Eastman Kodak

"I have had the pleasure of working with Bill during the past 10+ years. We worked together both as peers and later as the Senior Manager responsible for one of Kodak's Businesses. Bill is a very well educated, intelligent leader. Bill is unique because in addition to his education, he has many years of practical experience in manufacturing. He was one of my key "go to" managers when I needed

something done quickly and correctly. In his role as Manager, Product Engineering, he took a young team that had just experienced it's first rightsizing and had relocated the Plant from one site to another. He was able to rebuild morale, create one of the best mentoring systems I have had experience with and focused the team to produce world-class results in a very short period of time.

He is a proven leader and has been successful in many diverse cultures as evidenced by his extensive resume. He is a people and results oriented leader who would be suited to lead in many different situations. I would be glad to be a reference for Bill."
— Ralph Olney, Director, Worldwide Manufacturing One Time Use Cameras, Eastman Kodak, managed Bill at Eastman Kodak

"I worked thirty-four years for the Eastman Kodak Company which is where I met, worked with and worked directly for Bill Brown. Simply stated, in my career there has been very few managers to whom I come to respect more. Bill was my friend, my mentor as well as being my manager. He has a passion for people as well as passion for the task at hand. I would be the first person to line behind him in any activity that he would lead."
— Mike Hornak, Continuous Improvement Manager, Eastman Kodak Company (formerly), reported to Bill at Eastman Kodak

"Mr. Bill Brown directed a group of people in Guadalajara that was specially selected from many people in the company. This group of people was assambled to for the Latin American Tech Center for Kodak company at the time and had many challenges as well as different people to work with. In my personal experience with Bill I believe he his the most capable person not only to lead a group, but also can bring out the best of each person in it. Very hard working leader that understands the need of individuals to obtain a group result, balance well his work and family time and encourage others to do it. Bill Brown is one of the best persons, coaches and leaders I ever known. Sincerelly Romeo Ramos"
— Romeo Ramos, Owner, Masterbeef, reported to Bill at Eastman Kodak

"As Manager of Operations Planning for YKK-USA Inc., I served under Bill Brown's direction from July 2006 to July 2008. During this time, Mr. Brown provided the leadership to enable the success of our Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma efforts. Mr. Brown believes the success of an organization depends on the success of it's people. He provided many professional development opportunities for his team and the motivation required to ensure our success. Mr. Brown's exceptional ability to understand and support the needs of his organization distinguishes Mr. Brown as a great leader. His influence will have a lasting impact on the organization, and those of us who served under his leadership."

“Bill supported my organization while I was at Eastman Kodak from 1997 through 2003. Specifically he was in the role of "Manager, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality", leading the Lean and Kaizen effort, in the Rochester Single-Use-Camera factory. He led the first Kaizen that was a Rapid Changeover (a SMED event) of the HIVAC line (24-station robotic assembly line), where his team took a 160 minute changeover down to 3:43 minutes, far surpassing the week's goal, delivering a 98% productivity improvement and setting the benchmark for Kaizen results. He then went on to apply the process learnings from this Kaizen to many others with the support of the KOS/Lean office and Shingijitsu consultants, establishing the Single Use Camera team as “the team to beat” in Kodak’s corporate effort to implement Lean Manufacturing.
Bill and his team produced many significant improvements for the global SUC manufacturing organization. He has excellent leadership skills and would be a welcome addition to any organization”
Aaron C. Cross Jr, VP & Director, Global Equipment Mfg., Eastman Kodak, managed Bill indirectly at Eastman Kodak

"I highly recommend Bill Brown as a leader and as a person. I worked in Bill Brown’s organization at Kodak for several years, as general manufacturing employee and later as a quality technician. I have since moved on to supervisory and management roles but have never forgotten the opportunities, coaching, and mentoring that Bill provided during my career and Kodak. Bill Brown modeled the best qualities of a leader and mentor. He is an agent of change and develops his work team continuously. He provided candid feedback for improvement when needed and provided challenging assignments to enhance my professional development. Bill Brown is one of those people that everyone will respect professionally and like personally. He is excellent at developing the capabilities of his team and in recognizing talent and developing bench strength. He can energize his work teams to produce the very best results while maintaining and enhancing the
teamwork and camaraderie of the team. He has a passion for quality and is systematic in his approach. He is the best at what he does and it shows. Raymond Arce Warehouse/Facility Operations Manager Pepsi"
